A Comfy & Sassy Summer Dress

In last week’s post I talked about my love for effortless and comfortable summer dresses this time of year. I’m continuing the theme this week with this slip dress that is oh so perfect for hotter than hot days! Reformation has been a brand that I’ve admired for a long time. Not only are their pieces beautiful with fun prints, but sustainability is at the heart of everything they do, which I love! Their dress silhouettes always have the perfect blend of sassy and sweet. This slip dress is the first Reformation piece I’ve purchased and it won’t be the last! As soon as I put this dress on it made me appreciate the brand that much more.

The quality, construction and fit are all on-point and I love that this dress (like most of their other styles) are so versatile. This dress can be dressed up with heels and glam accessories for date night or an evening event, or you can dress it down with flat sandals or sneakers for a casual vibe. What I love most about this dress though, is that it literally feels like you’re wearing nothing! The most ideal situation for AZ summers 😉 The slit is a sexy feature and makes this midi-length dress feel weightless. I already know I’ll be wearing this one on repeat all summer long because it isn’t clingy and instantly makes me feel 10 degrees cooler (Alexa: play ‘Cool’ by the Jonas Brothers).

Another brand I love that I recently discovered is Gigi Pip. They make beautiful, well-crafted hats and this straw style has become my new favorite for summer! I would totally be bringing this with me if I was going on a beach vacation, but a pool staycation will have to do for now :)
