#NSale: Band Tees Under $50

IMG_1760.jpg

Earlier this year I got really into band tees, which you may recall from blog posts like this one and this one. I had never owned a band tee before, and once I started finding some that I liked, I didn’t hold back and bought several! I felt like I was inducted into some sort of “cool girl club” because I never thought that I could rock a band tee up until that point 😂 I wear these tees on a weekly basis, especially since I work from home and they are the easiest thing to throw on with lounge pants while still feeling somewhat presentable for Zoom calls. This Johnny Cash tee by Daydreamer is the first band tee that I bought and it’s the one I reach for the most - it’s so incredibly soft and I love the colors featured in the design! Plus, I actually enjoy Johnny Cash’s music so I felt like I was allowed to buy it and not feel like I was just trying to buy into a trend meaninglessly. This brand has a ton of cute styles on the Nordstrom Anniversary Sale that are perfect for a casual summer #ootd or for lounging at home - keep scrolling to see my picks!

My favorite way to style my band tees is with jeans, but that’s not exactly realistic during the summer here in Scottsdale 🌵🥵☀️ I recently found these pink denim shorts from Madewell (on sale for under $40!) and immediately added them to my cart 😍 I was definitely biased towards the blush hue, but I also love the raw edge and high-waisted rise. These are hands-down my new favorite summer shorts and I’m so glad I found this pair, especially since I only had 2 pairs of shorts….now I have 3! I also love this “sorbet” moment going on with the orange script on the tee combined with the pink shorts - feels very summer appropriate!

Are you into band tees? Let me know which one is your fave in the comments!
