White Summer Dresses Round Up

Despite how dang hot it is in Phoenix, I really do love summer! ☀️ I have so many great memories with my parents traveling, playing in the pool, and barbecuing in the backyard. When I think of my summer childhood memories, I think of the smell of chlorine from being in the pool all day, or eating hot dogs on a paper plate that my dad grilled up on the barbecue. It makes me so excited for when Freddy and I have kids and we can create fun summer memories together! My summers look a bit different as an adult with working full time and not always having the flexibility to take time off whenever, but one of the ways I like to have some summer fun is through my wardrobe!

To me, a white dress is a summer staple and something that never goes out of style. It may not be the most fun or daring thing to wear, but I recently found this knit, bodycon dress from Abercrombie & Fitch with side cutouts that definitely kicks the average white dress up a notch! I was a bit nervous about it being a sweater knit material, but it’s really lightweight and so comfy and stretchy. I already know I’ll be wearing this dress a lot this summer! I also recently bought this ivory, crochet swim coverup from A&F (yes, my obsession is real 😂) and I’m trying to find any and every excuse to wear it since we don’t live near a beach lol. I just think it’s so cute and even if I don’t have a lot of opportunities to wear it this summer, I know I’ll wear it for many future beach trips to come.
