Starry Eyed Over These Summer Bags

Welcome to a short work week! I love having 3-day weekends because we get to start the week off being one day closer to Friday 🥳 How was your weekend? Freddy and I didn’t have any set plans which was exactly what we wanted! We relaxed, got to have some pool time, read our books, spent a day with my mom, and napped a lot - it was glorious and just how long weekends should be in my opinion 😊 Memorial Day Weekend has always felt like the official kick-off to the summer season. It was always the first holiday weekend that happened right after my last day of school and it usually involved going over to a friend’s house for a pool day and grilling some food on the barbecue 💦👙🌭

Now that I'm officially in a summer state of mind, all I can think about are cute bikinis, dresses, and accessories to get me through the hot days ahead. I’ve been seeing so many fun handbags this summer in so many bright colors! I’ll always be a neutrals gal at heart, but this season I keep gravitating towards vibrant hues that bring me joy, like citrus orange and lime green. I’m still very much a fan of straw bags which add a fun textural element to any summer outfit!
